Chapter 17 - Vicki's trap
(Lily's story)
At last, the night time... After we came back from the beach, we all went to Onsen bath. In our case, first six groups can get in first. Then last six groups can get in second. We were in the last six groups. So, first six groups were already done. Then it's our turn to go to Onsen bath, but too bad that for boys. We're not allowed to go in mixed bath. According to Guardians, girls go to women's and guys go to men's. We were taking bath on different side of wall. Plus, it's indoor instead of outdoor. Well, that's normal. If it's outdoor, it would be a mixed.
"I feel much better," said RubyRose as she's enjoying the bath.
"Yeah...." as I feeling more relaxed.
As we enjoying the bath, I could imagine what boys were doing. Then I decided to take a peek on boy's side, just for little...... As I get of hot water, I saw small windows on top of the wall that have no glass in it. Its height was about a half size of my head.
"Lily," said RubyRose as she tries to stop me. "I wouldn't do that if you..."
"Just a peek...." I flew to the top of the wall.
As I peeked through the window, I couldn't see well with fog around. I saw Gaoma, Oras, and Chris in bath. Suddenly, my hand slipped off and my wings got tired. Then I give up and dip myself in bath. I don't want other boys would think that I'm a stalker or something.
After we finished with Onsen stuff, went outside for the dinner. While we waiting for the dinner, I was looking at stars. It was as beautiful as it could be. As I looked at the stars, I listened to conversations.
"Say... Gaoma," said Chris. "I was wondering that.... Can you transform?"
"I don't remember...... If I transformed or not," said Gaoma.
"What do you mean?"
"Every time I see the full moon, I suddenly forget what happened."
"Sounds a mystery......"
Gaoma started to fall silent. I was curious about his memories. After we ate our dinner, some of groups went back their rooms. Our group stays for a while. As I looked around, I saw Vicki talking to Gaoma, RubyRose, and Oras. Then I eavesdropped theirs conversation as I hid myself.
"Hey, I wanted to tell you guys about something," said Vicki.
"About what?" replied RubyRose.
"The information about the Werewolf."
"You know about the Werewolf?"
"I want to talk about this in private."
"Sure......"
As Vicki taking RubyRose, Gaoma, and Oras in the deeper part of forest, I called Cris and Nozomu for help. I told them that we needed to spy on Vicki. I didn't think that she would get information about werewolf. Plus, she's not type of person who loves to research.
As we followed Vicki, RubyRose, Gaoma, and Oras, we moved very quietly and not being seen. Good thing that Chris and Nozomu was expert on hiding. Chris is very small that he could hide in some of smaller space. Like a bushes, boulders, and tree trunks. Nozomu is a ninja; he can camouflage himself into background. And he also moves so quickly. When they stopped, we stopped and checked on them as we were spying.
"Say Vicki, why we have to talk in private?" asked RubyRose.
"Because, I don't need two of you," said Vicki as she spoke like juvenile delinquents.
Vicki transformed as her snake like belts turned into a real snake that's part of her tail, her face were more like a lion's face, and her horns grew longer. Then she cast Fireball spell as she shot RubyRose and Oras with two fireballs. It was direct hits that cause them to paralyze. A paralyze? Vicki must have been adding Paralyze spell on her fireballs. As I looked at her behavior, she's acting alike juvenile delinquent.
"Hey, what did you do to them?" as Gaoma got little upset.
"Yo doggy, I let them stay still when I'm done with you," said Vicki.
"What you want with me?"
"Nothing, I'm just going to tear you apart."
Vicki's snake-ish tail grabbed one of Gaoma's legs, and left him as he was hanging upside down by one leg. Her snake head is about to bit him.
"Let me go," cried Gaoma as he's hanging upside down.
"As you wish," as Vicki threw Gaoma into the air.
As Gaoma was falling, Nozomu caught him in the air as he grabbed his arm. Then Nozomu put Gaoma on the ground. Nice timing! Then I came to RubyRose and Oras.
"Hang on! I'm coming," as I blew my special kisses to them. My kisses are very special that it can remove the paralyzed. It also has a lot of effects as well. As RubyRose and Oras were free from paralyze, they finally could move.
"Thanks Lily," said RubyRose.
Then Chris came in front of me as he was carrying a boulder. He was facing at Vicki.
"Take this!" as Chris throw a boulder at Vicki.
Vicki quickly avoids the boulder as possible. When she casted a spell at Chris, whips of vines bind Chris as he was tie to the tree. It prevented Chris from moving. Then Nozomu shot his feathers at Chris. Then it hit the vines instead of Chris. When vines got hit by Nozomu's feathers, it loosens Chris from bind.
"Take my fury! Stone Cube," as Chris casting the spells. Suddenly, a cube shaped big rock appeared above the Chris as it was floating in midair. Then a cube shaped big rock throw itself at Vicki.
"My turn... Double Wings Hurricane," as Nozomu casting the spells. It created two whirlwinds out from his wings, and moved towards Vicki as they were drilling faster at her.
"Don't forget about me! Scalding Geyser," as Oras casting the spells. It shot out geyser of scalding water from his hands, and aiming at the Vicki.
"I DON'T THINK SO," Vicki roared.
As Vicki roared, Chris's 'Stone Cube' was crumbled into paddles, Nozomu's whirlwinds were disappeared, and Oras's geyser was all evaporated. All spells which they were using were negated. Then suddenly, big burst of explosions happened at front of them. It caused some damages to them and falls down on the ground. I had never seen this reaction before.
"What happened?" as I were surprised.
"The Roars of Fear. One of Voice Magic," said Vicki.
"How does that possible?"
"It's simple. My roar doesn't just negate the magic. It also gives some damages to opponents who use the magic. Looks like they used so much magic... That would give them a lot of damages."
I never thought this would happen. As I looked around, Gaoma is having headache that he couldn't move well, and RubyRose is terrified. This gave me a pressure.
"Well, looks like it you and me. RubyRose," as I smiled.
"Oh..... Not this kind of situation..." sighed RubyRose.
"Yes, our ultimate duo combo. Angel and Devil Girls."
"Oh..... It's kind of embarrassing to me...."
Then we started casting as we focus. When Vicki about to attack us. Then the orb of light appeared from RubyRose's hand. Then the orb of darkness appeared from my hand.
"Let's do this," said RubyRose.
"Together!" I said.
"Chaos Lasers!" as RubyRose and I cried at same time. Then we combined our orbs together as one. When two of our orbs combined, it created beam of dark light and it shot at Vicki.
"I don't think so," as Vicki casted the spell. Then a pillar of waters appeared front of Vicki. Then it crashed into our lasers. After the crash, Vicki took more damage than ever.
"We did!" as RubyRose relieved.
"It's not over yet!" as Vicki was still standing. She's still fine. She looked at us with her eyes. She was angrier than ever.
"Let's try again," I said. As we tried again, we realized that we don't have enough magic. We didn't use up some magic. But, how this happened?
"Aha ha ha, I drained up some of magics while you two were talking," Vicki laughed.
This wasn’t looking good at all. Suddenly, full moon appeared from the sky. The moon shined on us, including the boys around us. Then suddenly, Gaoma started transforming as he losing his control. His head and his body were shifting the shape.
After he transformed, his head was shaped a wolf. And his body was different. He walked on toes instead of entire foots. He had sharp and small claws on his hands. His tail wasn't change from last form, but he had furs all around his body, if I said so. His fur colors were black, white, and gray. His hairs were a very gray. Wow... That's amazing. I had never seen a werewolf like this in my life. As I looked from RubyRose's expression, I thought she knew this would happen...
