Hassan Qadir is one of thirteen prominent children within the Qadir house. Situated in the southern desert, the Qadir family has made its unparalleled wealth through generations of skilled trade and shrewd investment. Most of the Qadir children enjoy this wealth and use it to enrich their lives and the lives of those they meet, using the Qadir name to smooth a path to success.
There are exceptions, however.
From a very young age Hassan held a deep desire to achieve wealth and note by his own hand, and loathed relying on his family's influence to accomplish a task. To this end, he sought training in stealth and combat. Soon enough he began hiring out his skills to those who would rather see their problems disappear.
From time to time, the Thirteen hold meetings amongst themselves. Hassan is still invited, as are other siblings who have chosen to leave the family manse in search of adventure and fame. Never has there been a meeting without perfect attendance.
