Returning home from work one night, after exiting her car Qiao noticed a German Shepard loitering about on the sidewalk. She didn't often see stray animals walking about at night, especially in this part of the city. Almost as soon as she noticed it, it perked up and started walking towards her, slowly picking up speed! In the darkness of the night, she had little room to judge, and bolted for the door of the building. But she was too late! It nudged into her backside, at the base of her tail, and she fell over. She kicked out with her legs as she tried to flip over, but found it rather awkward to do so. Her butt also seemed to bulge abnormally, making it hard for her to sit while she scanned for the dog. A strange sensation in her groin caught her attention, and soon she felt it at the base of her tail and legs. She tried to stand up, but ended up falling forward again. What was happening to her? She twisted her head, and under the light of the light by the front door, she saw what was wrong...
The dog got stuck between her legs. More and more of its body was being absorbed into her own body while her legs changed fur colour to match the German Shepard. She loosened her skirt to see what the bulge was. The dog's muzzle, albeit lacking eyes, was protruding from her groin. And in less than a minute, aside from said muzzle and her now brown legs, there was no trace of the stray German Shepard.
Her heart pumping fast as thoughts on what to do raced through her mind, she tried to walk forward, but nothing happened. She could feel her legs, but she couldn't seem to actually move them. She leaned forward, and the legs seemed to move to try and keep her balanced, moving excitedly, before motioning her body to look toward the street. It seemed that the dog was the one in control of the legs now.
How on Earth was she going to get out of this mess?

A week later, Qiao was trying her darn best to get her lower body to listen. Despite lacking ears and eyes, the dog nevertheless was responsive to her voice and commands, after some time of the two getting used to one another. She had to take time off work to investigate means with which she could train it.
Today, she was hoping it would be used to her to listen to what she tells it to do. At times, it seems to listen to her quite well! Other times, no matter how hard she tried, it seemed to just want to go do its own thing. It was tough and tricky to work with, but she was confident in her abilities. If she could mix up the best drink on the house in 10 seconds flat, she could certainly teach this dog to follow her lead! Most of the time.
A wonky and fun commission for
phantomshotgun! It took a long time to figure out HOW I was going to draw this one out. Their description was one of the most intricate I've ever read - hadn't ever quite done anything like this before, especially regarding her extra arms! But, eventually I figured things out, and it wasn't too bad in the end! =D

Heh heh, that would certainly be fun! But it sounds like with this character, it's mostly the arms that just spawn forth from her body. Though it does sound like they can wake up changed in other ways, such as their upper body on backwards or a second face behind her head, and think nothing of it. Just the extra arms seem to be the most common change to occur to her. All with her not even so much as blinking an eye.
Yeah i know it's a common occurrence with her but I mean I wish there was a continuation with the German shepherd legs because I'm really fascinated with the concept of not being able to control sentient limbs or parts of your body.
I know this is phantomshotgun's character but it would be cool to see her legs to do "dog things" like chasing a cat, scratching itself with her feet (or her scratching the legs) or even playing fetch.

Ah yes! That was the rough idea behind this picture, the dog-muzzle essentially controlling her legs as it chased the bone the one spawned arm held, never being able to actually get it because they share the same body in motion. But yeah, to see more examples would be fun! I look back at this picture, and I do feel I could have probably made it look more interesting or at least more dynamic in action.
Hey! It can differ from victim to victim. Sometimes after the first mutation/fusion, the victim(s) form becomes locked and they can't change or merge anymore. Other times they remain "unstable" and are still able to mutate a few more times being getting locked into their final form.
Now, for it to mutate over a longer period of time on a victim already afflicted is something I haven't thought about too much. Though I have thought about that LOST Girlfriend's body morphing and reshaping into different forms, which might be what you're thinking. So, to answer your question, I'd say yes, it is possible.
