It seems like a risky gambit: not knowing his name or anything about him except that he's handsome and a firefighter, Snow's only recourse was to find a way to arrange a meeting! The sprinklers were unexpected, but it seems to have worked out: a scantily clad, dripping wet sabertooth can hardly help but draw the eye.
The specifics of this image are nebulous, given respective character canons! But it's a sweet and fun way for Iron & Snow to have met. Lurue's probably watching and lamenting having to blow dry her tail.
