Nah, it's just my bank's stupid policies; In order to pay stuff via internet (including PayPal funds), I need an E-bank card.
I only have a cash card (which can only pay directly, e.g. irl shop paying machines (we they're called) and such), but in order to get an E-card, I need a steady income (in other words, a job), which I don't currently have.
It's stupid and annoying.
