Here's another Yerba Santa. This is Eriodictyon tricocalyx. It seems to be more common in higher elevations.
It's pretty much the opposite of E. tomentosum. The leaves are narrow and resinous. The stems are downright sticky. The plant has a stronger, if similar, fragrance. The flowers are more saturated with color, too. Bees still love it.
