Team Meteor Profiles: Splendid (Akira Toryama Style) Ricky
Not sure where to post this. I think it's a bit too fat for
Earthquake-Warriors so I'll post it here.
I didn't want to get rid of "Buyon Ricky" entirely. Akira Toryama style fat is one of the few "overweight" styles of fat I actually don't mind. Characters like Buyon/Jiggler, Tuskateer, Balzak 2nd Form, Nizmo 2nd Form, and several other characters have this kind of style where they look so ungainly, that fat covers their legs, yet they are still capable of being powerful and menacing looking. Plus, I think, when done right, that having a body that droops slightly over the legs like that can add character to certain designs. However, the usual rules apply for me: it must still be capable of basic bodily functions, no vore, no stuffing face with food, no toilet humor, and the character should still be used tastefully.
I'm trying this version of Ricky out as an alternate version of him. Like something happens to him where he becomes this.
Ricky was sent on his first solo mission to retrieve a lost item from a temple. ...But when he got there, he stumbled upon a weird gem called the Gem of Gordo Grande. The second he touched the gem, his body changed. Ultimately, Ricky rejected this new form. It made him slower, even more ungainly, and even his fellow Meteor members wouldn't keep him in the group. ...But soon he realized how strong he'd become. Now, not even bullets can stop this mighty behemoth. When he was caught in a back alley with a gun pointed at him, he effortlessly deflected it, and felt fairly empowered. ...But still, Ricky knew he couldn't be a hero in this form, so he searches in this form for a way to revert himself back to normal.
Edit: I changed his name to "Splendid Ricky" because it sounds more original. ...Speaking of unoriginal, I might need to think of a better name for the character than "Ricky."
