I finished him finally!
A note about his feathers, before someone mentions that they suck and don't look much like real feathers- they're metal! Considering his headdresses are his equippable "weapon," I always tried to imagine just -how- they would be weaponized. Razor feathers was an answer I came up with that really stuck. Call it an in-joke, but I cannot unsee.
