this was for a story that never got off the ground.
the design for phage was inspired too heavily by  chaoscroc and Amadeus is straight out of the comic. I am inspired by other artists and writers but I try not to rip them off, hence why this concept died on the vine.

The idea was inspired by suicide squad with Amadeus recruiting villains with a grudge against eggman.

I figured I should share so people know about the development process. My ideas go through a lot of development that you don't see.
