1. Tai'Fu: The sole survivor of the massacre that claimed his clan, T'ai was hidden away in the Panda Clan's temple as a baby, and grew up with no knowledge of his heritage. Prideful, arrogant, with a tendency to cut corners in his training and let both his smart mouth and his strong fists do the talking, T'ai embodies the good-hearted rebel without a cause...that is, until the only home he ever knew was attacked by the Dragon Master, with himself as the target.
2. Master Eraqus: Master Eraqus is a strong Keyblade master, caring for Terra, Ventus, and Aqua as his own children. Stern and willing to instruct, one major goal he has in life appears to be preserving peace throughout the worlds, as he rashly attacks Ventus when Eraqus discovers that through his dark half, Vanitas, Ventus can create the χ-blade, the weapon that sparked the Keyblade War and the means Master Xehanort intends to use to fulfill his goals. Unlike Master Xehanort, Eraqus has an open aversion to darkness, believing that it must be destroyed at all costs, and has at least partially ingrained these beliefs into his apprentices.
Despite his sometimes cold actions toward his apprentices, he still cares deeply for them. He has Aqua look after Terra as he travels the worlds because he is concerned for him, apologizes to Ventus and appears deeply pained before he attempts to attack the boy, and sheds a tear when he is forced to face off against Terra. Despite his relationship with Xehanort having been strained over the years, Eraqus seems to attempt to overlook his former friend's past actions to a degree. Even after he and Xehanort have a fight that results in Eraqus being scarred, he still asks Xehanort to watch over the Mark of Mastery with him.
3. Kobayashi (the law of ueki): Kobayashi is usually a laid-back, forgetful, and friendly man, although he can be quite serious, depending on the situation. He has a very strong sense of justice, actually inspiring Ueki long ago when he saved him from falling off a building, and acts as both his mentor and role model. He is sent to Hell for saving (and thus helping) Ueki in his first fight against Robert Haydn. He then become Mori's god candidate.
It is mentioned in the show that Kobayashi's least favorite food is fried crickets in soy.
4. Master Shifu: Master Shifu was seen as a loving father and devoted teacher to a young Tai Lung when the cub first showed up. But after Tai Lung's betrayal, he became distant, a strict and harsh taskmaster to his students. It wasn't until he had expected to depart from his students one last time that he admitted he was proud of them all, including Tigress, who had especially sought to earn his approval. Since Po's heroism in becoming the Dragon Warrior, Shifu has let go of his bitterness and attained inner peace.
He also appears to have a bit of a devious side, and before befriending Po, was shown to have a cruel sense of humor. This was shown from the moment Shifu met Po, as he seemed to take delight in trying to drive the bumbling panda away, slowly turning up the heat with every challenge he gave Po and chuckling to himself at his incompetence.
Shifu also exhibits sarcasm. This is seen when he rebuked the Furious Five to be "doing well if they were trying to disappoint him" when they failed to defeat him in a training session earlier in the first film. He also regarded the existence of a "Level Zero" when Po failed at his first day of training.
He was also very objective in terms of obedience to his master, following Oogway's every word closely. He exhibited this when he did nothing regarding his master's rejection of his beloved student Tai Lung as the Dragon Warrior, and also when he was forced to fight (albeit halfheartedly) Tai Lung when he tried to steal the Dragon Scroll for himself. This strong sense of obedience and objectivity eventually proved to be one of his strongest characteristics, seen when he decided to believe and train Po to become the Dragon Warrior due to Oogway's final instructions.
Meditative, perceptive, and creative, Shifu approached kung fu and teaching with dynamism. These traits effectively enabled him to see the key to training Po, as seen when instead of reprimanding the latter regarding his "food outbursts", he simply used this knowledge to develop Po's instinctive "food skills" into tremendous kung fu strength, thus paving the way to defeat Tai Lung and ultimately lending a hand in bringing peace to himself.
Despite his former hard heart, Shifu does have a sense of humor. In the credits of the first film, he is seen laughing at the way Tigress was acting, seeing she seemed to have tried Po's cooking and had a noodle hanging on her lip. He was even able to chuckle at the name Taotie gave to Crane when he was brainwashed, which was "El Storko".
Shifu telling Po about the Winter Feast in Kung Fu Panda Holiday
Since the events of the first film, Shifu seems to be a much warmer and more understanding master. He has begun to show a gentler nature reflecting that of Oogway's. His attitude had also changed drastically towards Po—while Po's antics still befuddle and frustrate him, he seems to have faith in the panda and a growing confidence in his abilities after underestimating him so many times. For instance, in Secrets of the Furious Five, he assigned Po to teach him the introduction to kung fu, expecting him to struggle at such a mature task, only to find the panda excels at it.[14] Furthermore, when he assigned Po to host, cook for, and basically direct the preparation for the refined Winter Feast, he exhibited great pride in him when the task was done.
Shifu still seems to struggle with the "illusion of control", as first mentioned by Oogway in the first film. He wanted everything to run perfectly for the Feast, seemingly adamant that the duties and traditions of kung fu were above all others in a warrior's life. And, just when Shifu was praising Po on such exemplary preparation for the Winter Feast, he was beyond shocked when the panda suddenly took his leave. This was followed by a moment of panic that the smooth course of the evening had been disrupted, and the evening was seemingly ruined. It wasn't until he went down to the noodle shop and saw the joyous gathering for himself that he came to appreciate Po's unorthodox decision.

Yet, while still holding firm to the (formal) traditions of the Feast, Shifu's devious side is still apparent—this time, in favor of aiding Po rather than torturing him. This shows when Shifu prompted Po to recite the opening words of the Creed of the Masters, to which Po couldn't bring himself to do from the guilt of leaving his father. Shifu then quietly mentioned to him that he had a feeling he would forget the words, so he wrote them on Po's napkin.
Even though he has been elevated to Oogway's position as spiritual leader of the Valley of Peace, Shifu is still a few steps shy of enlightenment. Though he tries his best, he strains under the pressure and responsibilities of stepping into such big shoes. Some times... all right most times, Po's antics can still send his old master searching for calm in a cup of hot tea and a meditative chant of 'Inner peace... Inner peace...
Since Shifu's final confrontation with Tai Lung, he has shown to have become emotionally healthier, as indicated by his straightened posture and his more serene attitude after years of bitterly hunching over when on his feet.
5. Akisame Koetsuji: Despite having a very kind and understanding appearance, Akisame is noted to be the most strict out of all the teachers at Ryōzanpaku. Despite the grueling training Akisame forces on Kenichi, Kenichi often runs home to him in times of trouble, screaming "DORAEMON!" (coincidentally while Akisame is eating dorayaki) in a parody of the recurring gag from the manga of the same name. According to Kenichi, he is capable of unspeakable brutality. His training often involves the usage of various machines that restrain Kenichi's arms and legs, forcing his limbs into unnatural positions that often leave Kenichi in a exhausted mess, a running gag that often ends with Kenichi trying to run away whenever he sees Akisame's crazy training machines.
While normally a composed and collected individual, at times he has shown anger, such as when he learned about how Ogata trained his disciple to use a method that could easily kill an inexperienced user. According to Ma Kensei, whenever Akisame says "Eh, I don't want to", his stubborness becomes unrivaled to the point where no amount of compensation can change his mind, and according to a flashback, Akisame refused all manners of payment for a statue he crafted offered by a rich country leader (much to Miu's distress) and even sent the assassins and professional thieves hired to steal the statue back beaten up and replied with an "Eh, I don't want to" note. Despite all this, Akisame is normally the most rational person in Ryozanpaku, but other than this calm and composed side, Akisame has also shown that he is no stranger to anger. After finding out what happened to Shigure during Yami's plan to begin the Eternal Setting Sun, he stated that she acted selfish and reckless, but then smashed his workplace and angrily stated to the other masters that even though they won't kill the Yami members, they will make them wish they were dead in return for what they've done.
Kōetsuji believes that masters should not interfere with their disciples' battles, and often has to convince Sakaki not to instantly pulverize those who ruffle Kenichi's feathers. However, like all the other masters at the dojo, he worries about Kenichi as well. He later believes that Kenichi will climb the ladder of a true martial artist and has on some occasion's praised his disciple whenever he impresses him, such as when Kenichi saved a congresswoman from an otherwise lethal attack in the fight against Alexander Gaidar. He has also been shown to believe that there should be a relationship built on trust between the master and the disciple and was shown to especially despise the ways of Yami, whose masters raise their disciples to lead them onto the path of Asura, stating in his first battle with Alexander Gaidar that staining the soul of children with darkness is something that he will never forgive.
He appears to hold a grudge against Takeda's master James Shiba, presumably because James often pokes fun at Akisame's "inferior" mustache. This grudge escalated to the point of an actual rivalry, seen when the two wagered their own mustache's in a battle between their disciples. Akisame quickly defeated his opponent, and though Akisame choose to let Shiba go, after seeing him only shave a small amount off, he became enraged and ordered Shigure to "shave all the hair off his body." The one thing Akisame cannot stand is green peppers, reacting with an expression of distaste when Kensei threatened to cook only green peppers and beef for dinner, and picking out green pepper after green pepper out of Kensei's Qing Jiao Rou, depositing them in Apachai's bowl. He also has a habit of scratching his mustache after he lies. He has no trouble using his friends as guinea pigs to come up with new techniques.
