Rollo!! He's a ye olde OC from around 2004 that I recently decided to revamp! His gender was always a bit in flux back in the day so now he's a trans (dFab) fox and a social revolutionary-turned-gang leader. He's innovative and charismatic when addressing a crowd, but in private he's aloof and sarcastic which tends to rub people the wrong way.

He used to be able to shoot spikes from his tail but i don't.....think that's a part of his design that's gonna stay lmao
