Klickitat inspecting her totem mask or possibly having a conversation with it. I guess I never realized how skinny her legs are, I've been looking at Mome Rath and Huckleberry so much that I'm used to big chunky animal legs.

How did you make the mask for your fursuit head? I really love it.

I built a plastic mesh frame over the top of my fursuit head, and then padded it with some 1/2" foam, and used spray adhesive to put layers of felt on top of that. So really, I just built it the same way I'd build a regular fursuit head.

Brilliant. Thank you for sharing. :) I really love the design. Is the style north western native American? Or am I mistaken at the origin? Btw I really do love the tribal-ness of it. Very cool.

It's very heavily referenced off of Bill Reid's Bear: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/3/3b/Bill_Reid%27s_Haida_%27Bear%27,_%27Sea_Wolf%27_in_background.jpg , which is a Haida design (Pacific NW/Canadian First Nations)
