Somewhat, but many of the tools are very confusing for someone who isn't used to them... and finding tutorials for how to use them can be easy, but the "I know exactly what to do to make my creating this image as easy as possible" moment for me is not yet here...
But I sure do enjoy being able to draw straight lines :)
