Yes, I figured, I know pretty much nothing about buildings or how to make a city actually look like a city,(See: every previous cityscape I've attempted) so it was time to start referencing background stuff

That's some splendid colouring! The colour pallete provides a warm tone, which makes it really feel like a sunny day in the city.

You draw good detail buildings and very stylish ones as well. I think only Scream will be able to trounce that.

Anatomy is as good as I would expect from you, the only bad thing I can say about this picture is that the shading feels (and is) very empty. But with a great pic like this, that does'nt matter that much.

It's your attention to anatomical detail that draws them. When things become larger, they look very cartoonish, unless they posses a large amount of detail, as you would be able to see on a 100 foot tall female.
