Powers / Abilities: Ultimate Scale Defense Kekkei Genkai granting super dense armored scales able to tank and defend against many otherwise lethal attacks that can be hardened and manipulated at will(Up to diamond levels of sturdy), very agile and speedy due to eevee half while very strong and sturdy due to dragonite half, able to wield a war Axe with ease, various abilities of Eevee and Dragonite species.

History:

Nero was born a normal Eevee to parents of two very different species. Valor Dragoonyne a Dragonite and Yuki Sakahara a Glaceon. Due to their DNA being altered to be acceptable to one another. However, within a month of his birth, he began to undergo a mutation as an after effect of his parents DNA changes, turning from a normal Eevee into a half Dragonite, half Eevee hybrid. Though this was a shock to his parents, Nero was still held in loving care by them, and through this mutation, Nero began to receive his father's Ultimate Scale Defense Kekkei Genkai, and would slowly grow in size from small to taller than his mother. Valor would begin training Nero after his battle with Inazuma Uchiha.

The young Drageon would one day meet a equally aged chocolate and black fur Quilava known as Takuya Kuroherutsu, And would soon become the best of friends, even meeting others such as Teruko Zakurai, Ashura Oni and Clear Raven. Becoming fond of the three well known villages of the Akki Region and visiting them regularly. One day however, Nero was confronted by his mother Yuki and upon hearing of Valor's death, was left to be taken in by the Black Typhlosion and began to live with the Kuroherutsu family. Soon sharpening his abilities and honing his skills alone and sparring with Takuya from time to time, Nero would have his curiosity get the best of him sometimes as he'd invade privacy occasionally which annoyed Clear Raven. And would soon come to be considered a freeloader by Teruko Zakurai.

One day the villages of Kousekire-ku and Okugimakiba came under siege by a an evil Tomb King, fighting alongside the Braveheart Juniors, they encountered a Female Charmander known as Melfina Kauffin, and would find themselves in a great struggle with her superior experience and techniques, however, the Tomb King would betray his temporary alliance with the Charmander and send the 4 in a ghostly maze, however thanks to their combined team work, the Tomb King was defeated and peace was restored to the three villages.

One day Takuya, Teruko, Ashura, Clear, Charles and Nero would board the airship belonging to the mercenary group Ragnarok, and reaching Orre that would crash land near the Poketsuki headquarters, Having not heard Melfina's demand to the others, Nero joined her to aide in her battle against her Tyrannical Father Fafnir Kauffen. With his help, the two barely managed to defeat the Evil Charizard. Though they would soon succumb to the effects of his poison, however, thanks to Yuki Sakahara and Odin Vandr, they were given antidotes.

Nero and Melfina would later join Yuki and Odin to fight a resurrected Valor, and through Nero's love and bravery, Yuki spared Valor despite her beliefs and Nero would have his father back. Soon fighting alongside the Bravehearts Juniors against Satsujin who would later be defeated by Oturan Uzumaki and The Prototype Pachirisu with the aide of Andraste Saiyajin and Kazuya Uchiha.

Years later, Nero would grow in size from being an inch smaller than Takuya to being between the size of Ashura and Teruko. Nero would also grow out his own hair. Being stronger and more Experienced, Nero would lose much of his naive nature and become more mature and serious. Though the biggest chapters in his life were only just beginning as on the day of Takuya's wedding, Nero was supposed to be his best man but the night before he had gotten un-sober and met a young female Flaaffy by the name of Babette Bastione who he drunkenly agreed to marry causing her to have a private wedding and then took him onto a cruise towards the Orre Region.

Having come to and not remembering last nights events he'd find himself stuck and in a predicament over now having a wife he didn't know and missing the wedding while also having left his family and friends for the desert filled land of orre. It wouldn't take long for him to learn about his new wife and her occupation as a bounty hunter seeking out criminals and outlaws for Pokedollars under Kilpatrick and despite his hesitation accompanied her and worked as a partner where they'd begin to take down those such as the crazed male Audino known as Gimble and various other criminals.

Things would become much greater on stakes when dealing with the members of the criminal organization known as the Exchange headed by the then leader David Dadrigal and got involved with the Threshold under Kessler's guidance to have a chance of taking them down. Ending up in a free for all tournament undercover to attempt becoming the select few to join the exchange leading to a reunion with Terrance Raven who traveled there to save the kidnapped Charles MacGrath (AKA) Infamous) and through a hardship managed to survive the onslaught together as a group and get in.

With the invasion of the Threshold starting a war, Nero and Babette managed to defeat the top left and right hands while Infamous and The Kingpin fought it out and the Exchange was overwhelmed with a few prices. With this Kessler revealed a betrayal having the two bounty hunters arrested by framing and sent off where a lot of time has passed. Though getting out of prison one way or another, Nero's current activities and whereabouts is unknown and it's likely that he is aiming to make Orre a safer place with eliminating the corruption along side Babette and trying to get in contact with his family again...
