The world of CnC still has no official name that I've thought of, but I figured it was high time I, and you, had a map to reference to try and figure out where the eff everyone is in relation to everyone else. :D
NB: It is a work-in-progress; I'll lay out where others place are as we get to 'em. <3

You can certainly see the original pangaea that the continents split from.
Not sure of a name, though. Although, typically, suppose the planet would just be called in whatever language the word they use for "Ground." Just like here it's Earth (German), Gaia (Greek), or Terra (Latin). That said, suppose some nice and cool world name would be good world building, hehe.

That's because it's very much a work-in-progress. There'll be a lot more as the story progresses but I need, and I assume readers will like having, a resource to check back on when they think "hang on they're in <town a> and they're in <city b> so where are they relative to each other?" :3
