So, this is my Lugia OC that I'm HIGHLY proud of! It's similar to my OC named Thumper, yes, but different at that same time. I'm not going to detail a bio as his backstory is kinda...Well, nonexistent at the moment. As for his personality, that shifts as much as he does, so one more reason for no bio.

Nevertheless, gotta thank  LightConcorde for the fast turnaround for this one! It was quite a nice piece she made that makes me just want to hug him!
