Wow, those muscular legs! Shoulders and ribs aren't bad either
His pose is superb, his fur is plush in all the right places, and even his skin stretches over his body in a beautifully feline manner.
But it's also a delight to see Nanaki in such a joyful setting. And his expression is perfect.

Ah, this brings back some memories. I recall for a long time I had a tradition of replaying the original game in its entirety every year. I played most of the sequels and loved the animated films.
Final Fantasy 7 was my first real RPG, and it had a huge influence on my writing and creative preferences from that day forward. I loved the mix of scifi/fantasy with a realistic edge... It just tripped all of my tick boxes. ;) Not to mention the soundtrack... :)
