SO, there wasn't much i could probably add to that picture (that i KNEW how to add, anyway), so i added lots of tongue slimyness and drooliness. Ya know, all the good stuff that often makes other people drool. XD
So, Kurama is rampaging again, and not satisfied with murdering lots of unimportant people and filling several filler episodes, he decided that, for once, he was the one sealing someone inside him and not the other way around. Poor little Nagato here (not to be confused with Pain) ended up being at the wrong universe at the wrong time and was chosen to be the Lucky-err unfortunate victim for Kurama's attack.
