We're not confident it's an electrical problem yet, toaster oven was old (10years+), same with the fan (which was having issues well before this week), coffee maker was not as old but it got a lot of use. If anything else kicks the bucket we'll talk to our landlords (with pie, always good to bribe with dessert)

We'll be recycling all the appliances.
