gearran This guy is such a sweet dude to work with. I totally recommend him. :) Here is his arctic wolf character mountain climbing in the, well, arctic!
I had a bit of perspective trouble on this one. I was using a reference photo for mountain climbing and the horizon was always horizontal in the background, but I think it makes it look like the character is magically hovering in mid-air! The fact that the entire ground beneath him is snow doesn't help to ground him and show that he is dangling from a mountain, either. The client loves it, though, and that is all that matters!

Dude, the left side of my right hand is numb. D: I think I'm going to finish sketching IC's badge and then call it a day. I got most of the background of Confuzzled's con book cover done today and a bunch of commissions otherwise done or near done already this past week. Owww.
