i'm prolly gonna go back and properly shade this when i have the time so he looks actually iridescent like he should.

anyways, this is chetare! made into a dragon. i accidentally named a female dragon chetare but decided this would be a very interesting way to reboot his character-- at least as far as my flight rising dragon characters go. i also don't have any transgender character so this should be fun!

i also like how this came out over poor stromae, who i need to redraw anyways because i changed his outfit into something that fits his nickname more.
