As of November 15th, 2016, this Angel Dragon Sweater Base is no longer considered to be Dutch-AD-sanctioned due to stylistic changes, updates, and purposes.
Please be advised that this does not mean the rules are no longer applicable those who still have the lineart.

I downloaded the base a while ago before it was discontinued, I have 2 friends that want to know they could have the file? Would it be ok for me to send it to them since I still have it
