"Now, I want to explain the price a little bit before I get the inevitable haggling and “why are you charging so much for a piece of cardboard the cinema throws away” I was waiting for it, and you're gunna have that answered!
Firstly, the answer is in the question – the cinema throws them away. Unless you wanna go sifting through a rubbish tip somewhere, you're not gunna find another one of these elsewhere. I believe mine is the only one on eBay at the time of posting, and to have one of these for sale is extremely rare!
Secondly, I won't give you a huge sob story but I feel like this needs to be said so I don't get the critics – I'm in a LOT of debt. Not only this, but the money I used to pay for my bills was stopped, and I'm currently in the process of trying to get it back. The money I get from this stand would be to pay off all of my debts (greatly reducing my stress levels and several, if not all symptoms of anxiety) and also keep me going (pay my bills, tax, food for myself and food for my cat) until my money is re-instated. I'm not sure when that will be so I'm trying to cover myself for as long as I can. So please don't be so quick to judge the price tag on this one-of-a-kind and very-helpful-to-me item!"
