We had a big Rebekah/Sonia story planned for a year and it went nowhere and just became this big clog in our creative arteries so NOW after a rethink we're just going to tactically deploy Sonia as a cast member and let the story material we had crop up organically over the course of normal strips.
Maybe this route is the best route for Saltina too?? :v I mean I just kinda want to meet her already

Oh man I think your Sonia tactic sounds good!! The thing is that Saltina is really meant to be a one-time character for a specific one-time story arc, so it does have to be done in one shot. Maybe after I graduate college I'll have more time to do this stuff??? WHOOOOO KNOOOWS
