I'm no graphic designer (more a gryph-ic designer?) but I think C is by far the best. Reading both words pulls your eye across the entire drawing -- or on the flip side, looking at the drawing keeps both words balanced in your peripheral vision.

C breaks up the words and it becomes two separate sentences. However, it has the best composition of the options. A is the most conventional graphic design layout. I'd go with A personally

A is a solid graphic design layout, best combination of readability and layout. C sacrefices some readability for aesthetics but it's definitely the prettiest one to look at.

I'd say A for larger images and C for smaller images where the words are closer together anyway.

A or C, A because its like the character is looking towards the wording, which is easy on the eyes as it makes the flow good.
C for the same reasons as A, but stretches the eyes also horizontally, I try to keep in mind readers who read right-left rather than left-right.
