Horns are resin, I got them from here: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/197.....home_active_18
They are very light and durable but hollow. I had to add rigid expanding foam into the horns so I could install a screw and make them removable from the headbase. Aside from the extra inches it adds to either side of your head, you wouldn't even notice you are wearing them.
