It just sounds like Ivan saying "Hee Haw" to me. To me, it reminds me cowboy movies when a character gets super excited they yell "Hee Haw" before they ride their house in the sunset or something.

I haven't seen Jesus Burgess in action yet. I just got into the Fishman Island arc so I'm not that knowledgeable in One Piece lore.

You get to see him in action a little before the time skip, aaaaall the way back in the Jaya arc right before Skypeia, and then again after Enies Lobby. The latter is when he does his house throwing trick.

Haha that is an awesome way to describe it. It's pretty much all his fluids though, like some kind poison dart frog (if, you know, they leaked "hulk roofies" instead of super deadly Batrachotoxins :P )
