Rue is a Shiny Mew, Shiny Zorua pokefusion/hybrid. She was made to be one of my other characters's exploration team partner. They belong to the PMD: Sky universe.

Some changes to the design that I might do differently in the future are; add foot pads, add elbow tufts, add more beads (maybe?), and possibly alter the area at the base of the tail a bit.
