Whatever the journey may hold, Leo will press on as he fights for his friends and everyone close to him. Truly, it is them and their support for Leo that gives him the drive and determination to move forward with no fear.
It was nearing the end of last month that
asked her watchers to throw her some references and character concepts. She had bought herself a sketchbook at the time to practice furry artwork on paper, so she was looking for a few volunteers to have headshots of their characters. I threw my links her way - both of Leo and Leona - and she opted to go with Leo, which turned out quite well!
Good thing she chose either one of my characters, too; she needed to practice drawing lions as well. Loving her style and overall composition on the structure of the headshot here. Interesting take on Leo's anime-inspired hairdo/mane while applying her own artistic twist to it. Great job how she drew the muzzle especially in 3/4 view; I know all too well how insanely tricky that can be. lol And nice choice of expression on Leo here showing off more of his courageousness and determination in the eyes alone.
