Hey guys, remember me saying I'm launching my one-person company? http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/7616315/ It needed a logo, and after at least a dozen of unsatisfying concepts, I've decided to use this one. It will also serve as my new watermark, but until July 1st I'll be still using the old fading bar in the corner.
A funny thing about this, the bird was supposed to be just a common magpie, but since I've somehow ended up with it being too shiny, and I had a gryphon-sona planned for so long, I thought a magpie-gryphon as both my character AND company mascot will suit the fantasy feel of my digital art. The orchids symbolize the landscape architecture part of my finally officially registered and legal profession.
The legalization means I'll be paying taxes and insurance on my own now, and it might mean changes in the commissioning system, mainly prices. It's not yet confirmed, and I don't want to terrify you with this - the final prices may rise by 25% - 23% VAT tax plus 2% "buffer zone" for PayPal just in case, and to simply round it up.
I still have a bit less than a month to make a final decision about this (also, to buy and set up the tax software registering all the transactions). For now... let me get back to drawing unspeakable themes and building a showcase site on Tumblr - which is 99% certain to not die suddenly for no reason, unlike some other free hostings I know of.
