I feel like this is just a harsh assumption. I, personally, enjoy the anime adaptation of the game series generally. There are a few moments that could've been done better, but that's just useless nitpicking.

How is it an assumption when I was describing exactly how the show plays out and I've watched enough episodes after the first to confirm that it largely continues being that way?

Also, come to think of it, I wasn't being "harsh" at all. I gave a very fair critique, explained why I personally felt underwhelmed by it, mentioned how it could've been improved in a couple of places and even gave some positive notes. Just because I haven't personally enjoyed what I've seen of the show doesn't mean you should exaggerate my feelings like that or assume I haven't watched it or something.

Yeah, this pretty much sums up my opinion of the anime. It's accurate for the most part, which is great, but it's very stiff both visually and character-wise.
