Of course the theater has a porn shop. You didn't think they only sold popcorn, did you? (oh, gods the things they want to do with the chocolate malted milk balls...) Old theaters took up a lot of room. Land was handled differently then. The porn shop could just be a converted storeroom with a door cut in it's wall.
