Datamon: "Is this thing on? Ahem! Datamon experiment file 40469420. My minons have captured another of those so-called 'digidestined' out on File Island and had it shipped to me, along with it's partner, a Salamon. Other digidestined that have been brought to me have been successfully assimilated into our existing forces, usually as Guardromon, but this one reacted with the so called 'crest of justice' that we've stolen. This has lead me to perform some experiments on this one, rather than simply convert it to another footsoldier. We'll see how it turns out."

Recording 02
Datamon: "So far the experiment is proceeding nicely, if a bit messily. I've finally gotten the brat to shut up. She wouldn't stop yelling about how the proceedure hurts and all the blood it's losing. 'Blood.' Always such a messy human thing. I've fused the code of a few digimon into the digidestined's, and the results are promising. This research may lead to new forms of Kimeramon to further tighten the Dark Masters' grip on the digital world. Certainly it will further my understanding of Lord Machinedramon and how to further augment his might."

Recording 03
Datamon: "You would hardly know this thing was ever human at this point. After multiple fusions of the abundant Gazimon code, a sprinkling of Musyamon and infusions of some of my other minions the experiment is becoming stable. It still bleeds occasionally, but the wounds are beginning to heal rapidly with additional code reinforcement. The sites of some of the wounds don't seem to be healing properly, though, resulting in deformities. I believe previous humans have called them 'scars'. One of the most prominent seems to have robbed it of vision from one eye, though current combat tests would indicate it doesn't reduce potential. I would estimate its power to be on par with an exceptionally strong Rookie at this stage."
*Clang! Crash!*
Hagurumon: "Master Datamon! The human's partner has escaped it's cage!"
Datamon: "Perhaps now is a good time for a field test, then..."

Recording 04
Datamon: "It's been a few days since my last recording on this matter. After the Salamon's escape I sent the ex-human to contain her and the results couldn't have been more satisfactory! The subject didn't resist my command at all and handily defeatd it's former partner. The Salamon kept calling it a 'her', perhaps I should do more research on the differences in humans with these 'hims' and 'hers'...Another time, another subject. In order to solve the Salamon problem once and for all, I've decided to add it to the mix as well. One less prisoner and more results to catalog, I'm so excited!"

Datamon: "Perhaps it was a mistake to add the Salamon. It's code seems to be stronger than even the champions I've infused 'her' with. She still resembles a human-like Gazimon, though some new 'accessories' have developed. Like the Musyamon swords that formed when I added Musyamon, she's formed gloves similar to that of a Gatomon, though I find it difficult to understand why. Beyond that is the formation of one of those blasted Holy Rings...Ever since I infused the Salamon code she's been sitting in her cell staring into space, ignoring food, water...my orders. I've attributed it to compiling the data into something useful. After all, it is non-virus data being forcefully integrated with a large amount of viral infusions, some unusual reactions should be...wait, she's gone! Where'd she..."
*Crash! Boom!*
Hagurumon: "Master Datamon! She's loose! She's headed your way!"
Datamon: "Wha...What's going on!? This wasn't part of the experiment!"
Tozimon: "You..."
Datamon: "What are you doing?! Get back to your cell! You will obey me!"
Tozimon: "Salamon...you made me attack her...you put her in me...and she rescued me. You need to be stopped..."
Datamon: "Tch...Is this the result of the reaction with the 'crest of justice'? No matter, if you won't obey me then you're of no further use to...urk!"
Tozimon: "Justice...that's a pretty word. Maybe you should learn what it means. Be a good target and hold still..."
Datamon: "Your eye...I...I can't move! Did that Salamon's data digivolve?!
*Shwing! Cracklecrackle!*
Tozimon: "Lightning Iaido Blast!"
Datamon: Gyaaaaaah!

*Crashtinkletinkle! Jingle. Clack.*
Tozimon: "Salamon...You saved me from him. I'll find some way to save you from me...Crest and digivice, huh? Maybe they'll come in useful...Guess I'm not human anymore...what? Gatomon? Look more like a GaZImon to me...maybe I'll just call myself Tozimon. Not like anyone would believe I was human...Huh? Is this thing on? Well, if you're associated with Datamon, know this: Justice comes for you. You're gonna have a REALLY bad time."

Tozimon was heavily inspired from several sources, including Sans (Undertale), Auron (Final Fantasy X), Riven and Yasuo (League of Legends) and she just wouldn't leave my brain.

Lightning Iaido Blast is an attack she can only use once unless her Musyamon sword is reforged, a combination of E. Stun Blast, Lightning Paw and the Iaido ability from Final Fantasy Tactics, it shatters the sword and unleashes the power of the spirit held within, which in this case was Salamon's potential to become Magnadramon.

Crackle Shards is a replacement attack that forms fragments of the broken blade and holds them together with lightning, ultimately able to fire them off as remote seeking projectiles, The projectiles aren't terribly strong, but getting slashed by that reformed blade...well, Machinedramon better watch his back!

Tozimon is capable of downloading the data of defeated digimon, though she rarely does so, not wanting to risk corrupting the freedom Salamon and the Holy Ring grant her from the control of the Metal Empire. She will, however, download the data of digimon defeated by the forces of evil and give them an opportunity to seek their own justice through her. Her digivice and crest are all but useless to her, though she does keep them in a pocket, just on the off chance that somehow they grant her some miracle power.

As for the picture, it was a prize request from  koekoek19 and actually came before the reference sheet. For not having anything but a very brief description, I think this turned out amazingly well!
