This was a statue at the far end of the area set aside for the festival. There was incense burning all around and people were lining up to ring a little gong kind of thing and pray at the statue

I'm not exactly sure, all I know is that it occurs twice a month and it's a big flea market sale kinda thing in this area ^^

I was told about it by my manga professor =3
