A pegasi that was born without the ability of flight, simply due to the fact that her wings bones and limbs simply cannot support it, however the odd mutation has left them rather agile and nimble to be used as semi-arms.
From her unusual kirk, she simply couldn't live among the clouds. Altough she still can somewhat glide with the assistance of air, it simply weasen't very convinient nor worth the risk.
Her family wasen't too welcoming of her odd birth either, and thus left her to her own devices when she was brought to live on the ground among the Unicorns and Earth ponies.
Her lack of focus from her energetic personality left her doing poor at school, and she didn't make too many friends. Not beacuse others didn't try, but beacuse she rejected their attempts as she's not too accustomed to the concept of trust.
Her lack of cutie mark didn't help either, as she still to this day have yet to gain it.
With her poor school work, and general "lack of talent" and lazy attitude, she understandably didn't make alot of bits to sustain herself.
Leading to one night of thievery, something she discoverd she did alot better than anything else she attempted, and keept her focus all thought the attempts. Her nimble wings giving anoth er set of limbs to work with made her very efficent.
Since then, she took up the title of a Thief and keeps her belly stuffed this way.
Lazy, cocky, playfull and confident, Pinny steals, manipulates and snores her way trough life.
From one of her many succesfull thefts, she aquired a cursed talisman, causing some oddeties to her body durning nights. Some say that the talisman used to belong to a special kind of Bats.
