It started out as an exercise to experiment with more imperfections, to see if I could do different facial structures and get some more variety in the characters I draw. Then it turned into the skaters from Cut off in his Prime so I decided to see how well I could do for continuity with Channing and Sands since I had already drawn them before.

By the time I got around to drawing Channing I was so sick of drawing clothing I guess I just ... snapped. Plus I wanted an excuse to draw freckles on his torso so he got to pose in the buff.

I guess this is a movie poster or something for the series? Or the cover for the first book? I dunno. :p
