This clock was used on top of the TV consoles back in the day.
It is a Pennwood Numechron model 700-PI made in 1961.
I think that the frame above the clock was for displaying a TV repair card.
If anyone knows for sure let me know.

Very cool!
I don't think I've seen one with a spot to hold a business card like that before. Usually its just a clock with a TV shaped box.
The switch turns the inside light on and off.
Here is a webpage about the Pennwood Numechron clocks.

That's definitely a Pennwood Numechron. You can tell by the font style of the numerals. No other clock makers used those type of numerals, and Pennwood made many different varieties of the "TV clocks" in different shapes and sizes. They've been manufacturing clocks like these since the 50s. This being a later model, the "card holder" is a new addition in this specific model. Most of the Numechron clocks didn't have these, but you could use it to place a business card or even a photo that is cut to size, though I'm not used to seeing this feature on the Numechron clocks.
I've been trying to determine if this is a Pennwood Numechron clock in this 1934 Silvertone radio. I think it is as the mechanism works in the same way.
