This was a commission for
squeakpowerhorse's character, Marvin the Mighty Magician! Not much to say about this one, other than that for once ZBrush didn't give me a ton of trouble everywhere at once for no reason this time. I'm finally starting to get a good workflow between it and Maya down, so I can somewhat easily (or at least more easily than before) go back and forth between them and do things like editing topology and UVs without losing all of my subdivisions and such.
That said, though, I think I'm going to take a break from commissions for a while, as I need to take time to start sharpening my modeling and texturing skills.

Thank you! Though it you want to see just how much better I have to get, just Google ZBrush images and glance at a few of them. I am nowhere near the level of professional sculptors, not even a little bit.
Yeah no it's not. I actually asked squeakpowerhorse myself and he has no idea who you are and does not want to share the model. I'm almost flattered that you want the model file that badly but what would you even have done with it if you'd actually managed to trick me into giving it to you?
Thank you! Yeah, the tail does look strange like that. But when the model goes to someone to rig for animation, having the tail stick out like that will make it much easier on the rigger. If this model wasn't meant to be animated then I'd have put him in a much more natural pose.
