This has a great chibi-fied look to it, yet it manages to accomplish some dynamic attributes that comic book art personifies. I like that about this badge. Also, it's glowsticks doing what he does best! Being a Anbu Glow-Glow sticks-sticks! Yes! The background is very mesmorizing, I can't stop staring at it. It reminds me of the summer water fun advertisments on boxes at walmart or something. Like the colors scream water toy or pool floaty box. Hopefully, that doesn't sound strang,e lol! It's very glowsticks though. The colors match him, anyways. :)
