Centuries ago pink was a manly colour. It was see as a shade of red. Blue was a feminine colour so maybe some pastel blue shade or maybe powder blue. As long it is really childish and as frilly diaper cover, it should be fine.

Out of interest why do you call them "Pacifiers and Diapers" not "Dummies and Nappies"?

because the majority of people reading this are american...plus for some reason in the AB/DL world even here in the uk people seem to refer to them waay more as pacifers and diapers. i think its just whats used more in fetish circles maybe??

I've been meeting more Americans that prefer saying nappies or nappy when talking because they think it sounds cuter but use diaper in search tags and text/stories because its a more recognized term and gets more traffic.

funny thing kitten I call them Nappies myself and i'm as american as apple pie. (or that's what my dingdong of a father would want me to believe) I do use diapers for the term diaper as well though it all depends on who i'm talking to and what story i'm working on. My Harry Potter rewrites I call them nappies though cause that's what they would have called them XD as for pacifiers? i never knew them to be called Dummies I just thought it was a rude term all these years. XD

Pacifiers seem to have different names in different regions/countries. In the US they're called Pacifiers, Pacis, and I've heard someone call them Nuks once (Nuk is a brand-name of pacifier made by Gerber; I assume it's a Genericized Trademark, akin to calling all facial tissues Kleenex or Hoovering your floor or writing with Biros). In Australia Pacifiers seem to be called Dummies; I don't know for sure what parts of the world Binky is used in, however.

I call my dummy my binkie thats my affectionate term for it, but I dont know where that comes from. hehe

ive seen it in a few stories and a few people have used that word against me in a "does your didee need changing" *blushing hard* I think its just a babybabble way of saying diaper but it being more childish

But yeah when talking to a wide group of people I'll usually call them diapers and pacifiers too just because they Are more common phrases. But I sincerely prefer saying nappies and dummies

I love the smile on Lure's face, his closed eyes, you can tell that he's one happy Lion. He probably read the comment I left on the last Shine page, and he understands that he's the bestest Lion, and a fashion leader for all the other lions.

Star, on the other hand, I'm not too sure about. We all know that she doesn't like girly girl stuff, and that's okay. We also know that she doesn't like pink, and that's okay, too. BUT, when you're out with someone or a group of people, and you are offered something, unless it's dangerous, you should accept. Now, she's being polite in saying 'No fankyoo', but I don't think that's going to cut it here.
I'm not sure who's going to intervene first, Bella or Teca. Maybe Lure??? Lure making a plea for her to the adults would be awesome.
I don't think she'll use her safe word, but I hope that Bella can find something that will fit her, and isn't pink. Lure's not in pink, so maybe Bella has something else for Star that she can live with. Maybe a pink, white and grey/black camo outfit.
