Dispite all the wierdness and sexual promisquity built into them sometimes you just have to take a night off from the sexy shadowy streets of new detroit. Take a Shower, play a video game, read a book, and get some japanese takeout.
Funfact: Chinese food is called Japanese food in this future. The CCP started a war with the US ally over a petty issue. The US protected said ally. Both of them lost in a sense and though the old US did achieve it's wartime goal, and China is now a legitimately democratic state that doesn't threaten other asian nations. Resources were overspent, and it was one of the reasons the US faltered, dissolved, and was reunified as the NorAm Republic.
Much like how the Kaizer Roll and Cities like Berlin, New Munich, and so forth changed their names and pronunciations of those names during WW1/WW2.
