This old pic of mine (from 2000) just recently (tonight) came back into my possession thanks to a lovely hoss friend of mine that happened to have a lot of my old artwork saved... things that, to me, were lost, due to the loss of originals, and an HD crash a couple years back. Thanks, Herc :)
This drawing itself is of yours truely, at AC 2000, at the dance/rave on Saturday night, just being, well, myself :) I was really happy with the way the shading looks, it was a lot - bolder in some senses than I usually did back then, but then, I was feeling damn good when I was out there on the dance floor, guess it translated itself into this ;)

practice, practice, practice!! Just let the pen/pencil flow across the paper to create. Don't force anything. Yeah... I can't draw worth crap and I'm giving you advice. :) Just say, "Shut it, Phan!!" And I'll definitely be at the next one. I'll be the feline plastered to the wall. And I do love this one, if you can't tell. *purrrrrrrr*
