I haven't drawn any characters for Beasts of Arcadia in a while. I wanted to draw in a more toony style so I made this monster/dragon thing and a prince character(he'll be drawn later ;D). This is Kala, she's a massive monster that lives out in the forest. The entire town is afraid of her, but she's actually a huge wuss and is afraid of a lot of things. Though she'll grow a backbone when the prince(who still doesn't have a real name lol) is in danger. She befriended the prince after saving him from a group of bandits. It was completely by accident though, she stumbled onto the scene and spooked them XD

Originally she was gonna be a dragon(hence her dragon looking design), but I decided to make her a generic monster instead. She's also sentient but is really terrible at conversation :D
