comidacomida got in on my month of free art and requested a character I had planned to draw anyways:

Thomas Jameson Joseph Carter Richman, aka "Itty"
Species: Dog - Corgi
Male, mid 30s.
Fur: Mustard and white, standard corgi fur pattern.
Eyes: Brown
Nose: Pink
Tongue: Pink but has five irregular, unevenly spaced dark brown splotches.

Itty is a Corgi of fairly short stature. At roughly 4 and a half feet tall, Itty has the usual small-dog napoleon complex. He likes to wear richly appointed clothing, but nothing ostentatious-- except he always wears a large hat with a vertical-standing feather and sandals with very thick soles (it adds to his height). Itty is somewhat portly and prefers to drape himself with a tabard or overcoat to help hide that, though his paunch is still usually visible regardless-- so he usually adds a girdle to his garb, but only if it can be hidden. He greatly enjoys Ilysean colors but also has a change of clothing when operating in and around Wyra which pulls less attention to him.

Itty spent the first part of his life saying how much he hated having a name longer than he was tall. Upbeat, optimistic, and gregarious, the Corgi merchant got tired of maintaining a shop in one location and instead turned to a life of adventure and exploration, allowing him the opportunity to meet all interesting varieties of people. The position of merchant aboard the Wave Rider allows Itty the opportunity to forage into the unknown while also gathering potential market goods for back home.
