How does one begin to..?

Well there's plenty of ways to attempt it, from lifting typical weights to that one carnival attraction with the hammer and the bell tower - but while the latter of those could win you an adorable stuffed animal, some methods may prove a greater use. For instance; finding someone who's just as willing as they are weighty, and giving them a lift! Some may be scared by the idea, others might find it truly exciting (like this not-so-lil' lady here). Either way, you still have a means to test your natural level of brawn, and it gets better with the more volunteers you find!
