It's hard to tell exactly how much meaning this piece has to me.   rileyserenity did a wonderful work on it and I'm glad I could join her stream!
So, bear with me...I had a dream a few weeks ago. It's still a bit fuzzy in my memory but I'll tell everything I remember about it.
Everything was dark around me and I was in a large room, couldn't even see the end of it in fact. It felt like being totally blind and I panicked even more than I thought possible. With nothing in sight I didn't move and closed my eyes to focus. It was strange, I focused enough to realize it was a dream. I took control of my own movements and opened my eyes again.
It's then I heard something. Or someone calling more accurately. I raised my head and looked towards the shout. There was a light far away and I saw it as a way out, or at least an answer to my situation so I walked towards it.
The voice wasn't heard again until I got closer. Without knowing why I called out too: ''Who's there?'' ...No answer.
I saw a silhouette far away and I accelerated my pace to get to it. It got closer and closer and I realized it was a woman, looking vaguely familiar and walking towards me.
Between us there was a mirror and I finally recognized her: Narysa. She was looking at me the same way I did with her. Both surprised, we stopped mere steps away from the mirror and light appeared from the other side. I got curious, moved closer and she made the same movements. Our hands touched the same spot and I felt her hand as if there was nothing separating us. We hugged as the surface disappeared without saying a word, both feeling like we didn't need to talk. I'm not sure how to describe it but...it was like we were one person at this moment. It was simply wonderful and I felt complete.
I awoke in my bed a few seconds later and I just felt...alone, incredibly alone.

I hope I get to dream like this again in the future. Maybe I thought too much about Narysa before sleeping but it felt good to meet her that way. I know well what's real and not but she's a part of me and she felt more than real that night.
