Marble Vein is a unicorn mare who possesses a unique talent and some unusual hobbies and interests. She'll be making an appearance in my Equestria dreamscape in the not too distant future.

At a glance it looks like there's one statue and it's expression changes slightly between the bottom left and bottom right illustrations, giving the impression that it moved. In the left illustration it seems to be smiling and looking forward, but in the right it isn't and seems to be glancing upwards at the dusting it's getting. On closer inspection it is obvious these are two different statues (the left isn't a unicorn and their hooves are in different positions), but the similarity in mane styles causes an unintended association.
And in a world with magic petrification, it's easy to assume sinister actions when you don't see a block of stone being carved down to the artist's desired figure. The "work in progress" sign on the left only adds to the imagination since the statue seems to be nearly complete.

Also, once the imagination gets started, it's easy to misinterpret your introduction of her as having "a unique talent and some unusual hobbies and interests," and that cozy pose she's doing on the right (which looks like the statue is resting its fore limbs on her as much as she's resting on it).
She's not a bad pony, she just got drawn that way.
