Ah my first post! I am debating whether or not I should upload the original one so I can show others how much of a difference time and effort can make when drawing.

So here we have some fanart for an animator known as Ruby of Blue. I like this guy since he does animation streams on his youtube channel: Ruby of Blue. Ever since he started showing off fanart people make for him on his stream, I decided to try my hand at it. Wasn't the best but I kept at it, and that was the key thing, he got me to do something but by seeing my mediocre work being shown to others it made me want to try harder and harder to make something at least decent. I looked back at my old work and I just thought to myself: "I can do better than this." So worked harder at it and then final result came out much better.

So for those of you who don't know Shredder (the grovyle in the picture) is a pokemon character in Ruby of Blue's fanimation of pokemon "Manifest Heart" a simple story of Ruby's journey through the Hoenn region. Now I'll be honest I don't watch his fanimation for the story but rather to see Rob (Ruby of Blue) work on it and I love it. This guy is so passionate about his animation and it's fun to see how he has improved over the years of animating.
Back on topic Shredder is one of Rob's team members who has a gem stuck inside him that gives him powers, like a megaevolution of sorts before megaevolutions were a thing (Rob has been working on this animation for years now). Shredder is not alone on this, his mate Shade (a mightyena) also has a gem in his chest and as of now they are attempting to understand why that is the case. Unfortunately a group wants those gems for they believe they are too dangerous to exist and must be destroyed or at least contained and they are not above using guns as well as pokemon in attempt to get at them.

Nothing new that I heard but like I said the guy is very active and he's constantly working on this every Sunday.

Here's the original I made. I keep it as a reminder that I should not be so accepting of poor quality work when I know I can do better.
