Felt like making a witchy roamer today! This one took soooooo long but I'm pleased with the outcome!
This roamer is primarily nocturnal. It swoops around in the night on it's broomstick or just with it's skeletal wings. It is often found over a bubbling cauldron, brewing up it's next fantastical potion with rare ingredients it keeps tucked away in it's satchel. You can often hear this roamer roaming by the faint jingling of the bell attached to it's hat.
